Shipping Time: In general, we will arrange shipping within 1-3 business days after we receive confirmation of your order and complete payment. Please note that shipping may take longer during special promotions or seasonal sales. We will do our best to provide timely shipping and provide your tracking number upon delivery so you can track the shipping status of your package.

Shipping Methods: We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure that your order arrives in the safest and fastest way possible. The exact shipping method depends on your location and the size of your order. Typically, we use courier services for delivery.

Shipping: The shipping cost of your order will be calculated automatically based on your order amount and delivery address. You will be able to see the exact shipping amount during the checkout process.

Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with every ZigZagTees product you purchase. If you have any problems or are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Return Time: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please make sure the product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging.

Return procedure:

Step 2: Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to provide return instructions and confirm the return request.
Step 3: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions.
Step 4: Please return the returned product in good condition and send it back to us using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refund processing: Once the return is received and confirmed, we will process the refund. The refund will be routed back to the payment method you originally used. Please note that refunds may take some time to process, during which time we will do our best to stay in communication with you and process the refund as quickly as possible.

Please note the following:

The return policy does not apply to custom shirts or personalized products, unless there is a product quality issue.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect in any way, we will be responsible for refunding or providing a replacement product and covering the return shipping costs.
